Solid Round Rod:
3/8" diameter (minimum size).
3/4" diameter (maximum size).

Round Tubing:
1/2" diameter x 16 gauge wall thickness (minimum size).
1" diameter x 16 gauge wall thickness (maximum size).

Minimum dia. (approx.) of circle made with tubing - 18 gauge wall thickness:
1/2" dia. tubing (6" minimum radius)
5/8" dia. tubing (12" minimum radius)
3/4" dia. tubing (16" minimum radius)
7/8" dia. tubing (20" minimum radius)
1" dia. tubing (24" minimum radius)

5 Complete Sets of Tubing Dies Included:
(for thin wall round tubing with O.D.'s of):

To prevent tubing from slipping, it is recommended to wipe off any oil on the tubing being rolled.
