Refund policy

metalcraftusa.com DBA: Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. has a 30-day return policy, which means customer has 30 days from invoice date to request a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same new condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.  Used item(s) may not be returned.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Original shipping charges will not be refunded.  Furthermore metalcraftusa.com DBA: Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. will not be held liable for the loss of any returned parcels, so we recommend that customer obtain proof of shipping and take out adequate parcel insurance to cover against consequential loss by shipping carrier.  A 10% restocking charge may be applied against return.  Please contact us for any return question at info@metalcraftusa.com


Damages and issues
Customer needs to inspect their order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong item was received so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Rarely do we have a claim for damages and issues as our philosophy is to package all orders as we would like to receive them. If damage does occur however, customer needs to contact us within 1 week of delivery and explain the damage. Customer needs to save all packages from the order for inspection should the shipping carrier request it. These boxes need to be saved till claim is finished being processed. metalcraftusa.com DBA: Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. will handle the customer’s claim through the shipping carrier. The customer will be kept informed of damage claim status. If a package is missing, then UPS has 7 days in which to complete the trace while USPS mail service has 21 days. After which if the package is still not located, then we will ship out a replacement order to the customer.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used items, special order items, gift cards, and clearance items cannot be returned.  

Exchanges

Contact  info@metalcraftusa.com to see if item(s) are eligible for return.  After that is determined then customer can make a separate purchase for the new item(s) and then return item(s) they want to exchange.


Refunds

Once Wrought Iron Handicrafts, Inc. has received and inspected return, upon approval customer will be refunded on their original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post refund to customer's account.  If more than 15 business days have passed since we received your return, please contact us at info@metalcraftusa.com
