SPECIFICATIONS: Maximum Working Capacity:
2" wide x 1/4" thickness OR 1" wide x 3/8" thickness flat metal steel strip.
1/2" (unheated) or 5/8" (with end heated) (solid round rod)
1/2" (unheated) or 5/8" (with end heated) (solid square bar)
Max. Scroll Size:
10" (approximate due to the varying temper (spring) of steel)
Min. Scroll Size:
For 2"wide x 1/4" thickness flat metal steel strip (using #1 scroll segment only) is approx. 2 3/8"
For 1"wide x 3/8" thickness flat metal steel strip (using #1 scroll segment only) is approx. 3 1/8" For 1/2" or 5/8" solid square bar or solid round rod (#1 and #2 scroll segments must be used together for these sizes) is approx. 4 3/4"

All tools are supplied with operating instructions. Please note that the maximum working capacity stated is for Hot Rolled Material or Annealed metal. Working beyond these limits or with material of greater hardness may reduce the operational life of the tool.
